Barbeque Sauce

12 oz. **secret** email me and maybe I'll tell you
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon mesquite smoke flavor
2 Serrano chilies (seeded)
3 garlic buds

Puree in food processor. Combine with the following:

2 cups ketchup
1 cup molasses
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
3 tablespoons mesquite smoke flavor
¼ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground mustard
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
11 oz. tomato juice
¼ cup lemon juice

Puree in blender until smooth. Place in saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for one hour. Remove from heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve it up!
